Note: Elaine was born in Friendship TX to Ada Elizabeth (nee Ponder) and Olen Chayce Mosely. PID by her parents, husband Donald Hall Cardiff, Sr., and son Donald Hall (Butch) Cardiff, Jr. Survived by her husband, Richard L. Kuchenbecker, daughters Sheryl Downing and spouse Bob; Donna Knox and spouse Richard; Robin Fuller and spouse Ken, and several grandchildren. She was a friend to everyone she met, a talented fisherman, and devoted animal lover. She bowled for many years, and was a member of Houston Woman's Bowling Association. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, February 9 at the First Baptist Church of Katy, 00 Pin Oak Road, Katy TX. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Houston, 50 Briar Hollow Lane, No. 310W, Houston TX 77027.
